    , from William Kerlin, Administrator of the the estate of Joseph Wilkins, deceased, of Chester, Pa., to Jacob Stilly of Ridley, Delaware Co., Pa., of "a certain frame messuage" (a dwelling house and outbuildings) and lot of land in the township of Lower Chichester, Delaware Co., Pa.
    Signed by William Kerlin, and witnesses, James Bratten & Joseph Weaver, Jr., and again by James Bratton as Justice of the Peace. On the back is a statement signed by Benjamin Pearson, Recorder of Deeds of Delaware County, acknowledging that he has recorded this deed in the Deed Book.
