Up for auction is a vintage folded stampless letter and cover combination that was written at and mailed from Newport, Rhode Island and addressed to Harriet Fitch, Mansfield, Connecticut.  Letter is dated August 28, 1836, is of a personal and what's going on around here nature and is between aunt and niece, who signed her name what could be Elye or Eliza.. Harriet was part of the Storrs family.   Paper has second sheet edge tear and staining issues...
