This listing is for the Indenture document on vellum dated April 29, 1837. This Deed is for property in Philadelphia on North side of Mullberry Street (now Arch Street) between 6th & 7th Streets.
The transaction is between David Wood to John & Samuel Davis.
Measures large size approx. 21" x 26" unfolded and is in good condition with only light antique wear including some darkening with age, wear at folds.
Has 2 original wax and paper seals.   Beautifully penned and legible.
Excellent original early family and/or town genealogy, history, antique, collectible heirloom and/or ephemera.
