    Description

This is a beautiful early indenture deed document on old parchment paper for land and buildings in Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  The document measures about 22 inches wide by about 17 inches high and folds up nicely to about 7 1/2 inches wide by about 6 inches high. The document is for a tract of land 25 Acres and 52 perches in Montgomery County sold by George Walter, a Blacksmith from Upper Hanover Township going to Samuel Walter of Milford Township in Bucks County for the sum of 00.  Beautiful handwritten document and legible signatures.  Excellent condition for its age. No major tears or rips; just one small 1/2 long tear at the upper fold on the left side.  Overall, a nice quality early document on parchment from 1858.  Fast 1 day shipping.  Low opening bid.
