Antique Goodell Co. Turntable '98 1898 Iron Hand Crank Apple Peeler

My parents and grandparents would take our family shopping at flea markets and antique malls all the time as a kid. This is one of their finds that decorated a Hoosier spilling over with treasures of years past.
Please see photos for detailed condition. The gears all turn very smoothly. The wooden handle was lathed on a beautiful knot in the wood. The knob sits at a slight angle which I don’t know whether is intentional or not but does not appear to affect usage. I haven’t tested the unit, but the prongs and blade both seem sharp enough to have a ball with it if you’d like to give apples a turn.
