This is a presentation letter for the members of the other Grand Orients of Italy and the rest of the world, as the text testifies

"18 September 1820"

The Grand Orient stamp is visible on top-center of page
Signed by Biagio Berardi S.P.R. of the Grand Orient of Naples (lower part, see pics)
And signed
"Ne Varietur"
and, right under,
"Barletta Raffaele"
, on center-right.
"Ne Varietur"
is a legal term literally meaning
"it must not be changed"
