Vintage Chile Escuela De Ingenieros Militares, School Of Military Engineers Pennant. The pennant is in great shape but does have some flaws. There are a couple yellow mark and some paint loss from being folded. The date on the flag i believe is when the school was founded not the flags age. Its a very nice piece of foreign military paraphernalia. The flag is 21" long.
